How it Works

SO HOW EXACTLY DOES MY LADY DAYS SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

It’s simple! First, pick which product(s) you want. Then, choose the items you want included on your box and how many boxes you’d like delivered. Next, tell us how often you’d like to receive your box — every 1, 3 or 6 months. Finally, type in your shipping and billing info, and you’re done!

DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEW AUTOMATICALLY?

Yes, they do. Depending on the frequency you specified during your first purchase, your subscription will automatically renew every 1,3, or 6 months. Should you need to change the date of your next delivery or cancel your subscription, log into your account and make the adjustments on your profile here.

You’ll be notified via email 10 days in advance about the renewal of your order, so if you need to make any changes, you’ll be reminded!

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Good question. However, due to safety reasons and the sensitive nature of our products, we will not be honoring post-delivery requests for returns.

Managing Your Subscription

I WISH TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. HOW?

To change your address, sign into your account here. You’ll see your shipping address for your subscription at the top of the page. Find the “Edit” function and type in your new address. Don’t forget to save your changes to update your info!

I’M EXPECTING. 👶 DO YOU HAVE A PREGNANCY HOLD OPTION?

While we currently don’t have the option to hold your subscription, we’ll gladly help you defer the next renewal of your subscription. Send us an email at info@ladydays.com, and we’ll be of assistance in any way we can!

CAN I CHANGE THE SPECIFICS OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Of course! If you’re looking to modify any details from your subscription, sign into your account here first, then follow the steps outlined below:

 

-CHANGE SELECTION

To change your selection of products, click “edit” next to the item you wish to edit and hit “Save.” 

 

-CHANGE QUANTITY

To adjust the amount of boxes you want for each product, click “edit” next to the item you want  to change. Use the (+) and (-) buttons to adjust to your preferred amount. Don’t forget to click “Save” when you’re done!

 

-ADD A PRODUCT

To add a different product to your selection, click “Add To This Subscription,” and select the new product you want to add. Choose the configuration, number of boxes, and frequency with which you’d like to receive this product. Finalise the process by clicking “Add subscription,” and you’re good to go!

 

-REMOVE A PRODUCT

To remove a product from your selection, press “Edit” and find the option “Remove from my subscription” on the product’s page. Click it to remove the specified product from your selection.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To cancel your subscription to a product, sign into your account here. Look for the ‘Cancel my subscription’ and press the “Cancel” button next to the product(s) that you want to cancel. Do this for every product on your subscription that you no longer wish to be shipped to you.

Please keep in mind that in order to make sure that no products are sent your way, make sure to remove all products from your selection before 12PM (GMT) at least 10 days before the renewal of your subscription.

I DON’T WANT TO COMMIT RIGHT NOW. HOW DO I PLACE A ONE-TIME ORDER?

At the moment, we don’t currently offer a one-time order placement for our products. You can, however, try LADY DAYS period products by buying one of our Trial Sets for 10EUR!

Note that you will be subscribed to your selected set automatically after purchasing. You can edit or cancel your subscription at any point in time. There are no cancellation fees so it’s virtually risk-free!

You can also try our First Period Kit, which is available as a one-time purchase.

I WISH TO CHANGE MY ORDER’S CONTENTS. HOW SOON SHOULD I CHANGE THEM?

All modifications to your order’s contents should be made 10 days prior to the renewal of your subscription. If you make changes after midnight on your renewal date, your order will have already processed without your changes. If it is past midnight on your renewal date, please reach out to us at help@ladydays.com for assistance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Don’t worry! You will be notified via email 10 days before your subscription renews, so you’ll have every opportunity to change your order’s contents.

WILL I INCUR CHARGES FOR CANCELING?

Absolutely not! You can cancel your subscription anytime free of charge. Just make sure to make your cancelation before 12 PM (GMT), 10 days prior to your upcoming renewal date so you’re not charged for that billing cycle.

I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

No worries! We have contingencies for that. Shoot us an email at info@ladydays.com with your correct address and we’ll help you get your Lady Days package to you ASAP.

ANY CHANCE I CAN GET MY LADY DAYS PRODUCTS BEFORE MY NEXT RENEWAL DATE?

You can! Should you need your products prior to your subscription’s renewal, log in to your account, and click the “Process now” button next to the product(s) that you’d like to receive ASAP.

 

Once the Process Now button has been pressed, an order of that product will process through our warehouse on the next business day. Your order should reach you in 1–3 business days! Moving forward, your subscription will continue to renew on its regular delivery cadence off of this date.

HOW DO I LOG INTO MY LADY DAYS ACCOUNT?

Look at the top right corner of our site and click “Account.” Enter your email and password, then click “Next” to log into your Lady Days account!

CAN I PUT MY SUBSCRIPTION ON HOLD?

At the moment, we have not implemented a site function that lets you hold off your subscriptions. You can skip your next renewal, however.

To do that, sign into your account here. Review your subscription details and click the “Skip” button next to each product that you don’t want to receive that month. All skips must be placed by 12 PM GMT 10 days before your order renews.

We will send you a reminder 10 days before your next order, so if you still don’t need an order, you’ll be reminded and can skip again!

Period Products

WHAT ARE TRIAL SETS?

We designed Trial Sets to be affordable “samplers” of LADY DAYS period products. For just 10 EUR, you’ll get a sample assortment of two of our most popular LADY DAYS products, all made from pure organic cotton. 

 

Please note that upon purchasing a Trial Set, you’ll be automatically subscribed to full boxes of both products included in the set. Your subscription will arrive every 4 weeks, starting the following month. (Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder email before your first subscription order is processed. You won’t be charged until then.)

 

Get the most of your LADY DAYS subscription by logging into your account and editing your upcoming orders after placing your Trial set order. There, you’ll be able to customise the absorbency mix in a box of tampons, reschedule your next delivery, or cancel altogether.

IS PURCHASING A TRIAL SET THE SAME AS SUBSCRIBING?

Upon purchasing a Trial Set from LADY DAYS, you will be subscribed to the products included in the set automatically. Your subscription will arrive every month, starting the following month.

 

We will always send you a reminder email before your next subscription order is processed, so you’ll be able to make changes beforehand. 

WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE IN LADY DAYS PADS?

LADY DAYS offers pads and other feminine hygiene products from different brands that develop products from premium-certified organic cotton or other plant-based, non-toxic and 100% materials.

Each of our pads are pesticide-free, fragrance-free, and cruelty-free, all certified by the ICEA and the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE MY PADS?

We recommend that you change pads every 4 or 6 hours, but you can change more frequently as needed.

WHAT KINDS OF PADS DOES LADY DAYS SELL AGAIN?

We offer ultra-comfy, ultra-thin pads in two absorbency levels: Regular and Heavy.

Our regular pads are perfect for moderate flows, and are 9.4 inches long. Our heavy pads are great for heavier flows and can be used for overnight protection. These pads are slightly longer at 10.7 inches, to be exact.

 

Both pads are designed in an hourglass shape to match your underwear, with wings that wrap perfectly for a secure and comfortable fit.

 

If you’re undecided as to which is best suited for your period, we highly recommend trying a selection with both Regular and Heavy pads. It’s easy to modify the assortment in your box at any time!

LADY DAYS TAMPONS COME IN WHICH ABSORBENCY LEVELS?

All tampons in our catalog follow EU Ecolabel specifications. That means you’ll get the same level of absorbency from tampons provided here as you would from any other tampon brand. Light tampons absorb up to 6 grams of liquid, regular tampons absorb 6–9 grams, super absorb 9–12 grams, and super+ absorb 12–15 grams.

LADY DAYS OFFERS THE FOLLOWING ABSORBANCES:

Compact applicator tampons: light, regular, super, super+

 

Non-applicator tampons: regular, super, super+

 

Cardboard applicator tampons: regular, super

 

Our compact plastic applicator and non-applicator tampons are constructed to expand into a barrel or marshmallow shape. Our cardboard applicator tampons are constructed to expand into a W or butterfly shape. Both constructions provide excellent protection against leaks and are very comfortable for daily wear.

ARE LADY DAYS TAMPONS RECYCLABLE?

LADY DAYS only offers premium certified organic and recyclable tampon brands. Compact applicator tampons and non-applicator tampons are wrapped in recyclable plastic. Compact applicators are usually made of recyclable BPA-free plastic, but because they come in contact with menstrual fluid, we always instruct customers to contact their local recycling facility to ensure that they do not classify tampon applicators as a biohazard and unsuitable for recycling.

 

Cardboard applicator tampons are wrapped in compostable and recyclable paper. The cardboard applicators are also flushable and safe for septic systems, as they dissolve in water.

CAN LADY TAMPONS BE FLUSHED?

We do not recommend flushing tampons, as they can cause blockages in your plumbing or septic systems.

 

You can, however, flush cardboard applicators as these dissolve in water and are therefore safe for your plumbing.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE MY TAMPON?

We recommend that you change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours. Remember to use the lightest level of absorbency when you’re leaving one on for a while, and to never let it go past 8 hours.

HOW ARE NON-APPLICATOR TAMPONS USED?

First, find the uneven place on the blue tape and tear the wrapper off (this can be recycled!). When the non-applicator tampon is unwrapped, pull down the strings at the base of the tampon. Then, place your forefinger at the base of the tampon and your thumb on the side facing you. Aiming towards your back, push the tampon inside you about as far as the length of your forefinger. 

 

You should never leave a tampon on for more than 8 hours to avoid getting TSS. Use the lightest absorbency if you’re leaving one on for extended periods of time.

TOXIC SHOCK SYNDROME (TSS)? WHAT’S THAT?

TSS results when normal bacteria found in our bodies—called staph and strep bacteria—multiply, overgrow, and release a poisonous toxin in our bodies. TSS doesn’t develop with the presence of tampons exclusively, but tampon usage has been identified as one of the most probable causes. It’s by no means the only cause, however, as it’s been tied to a variety of things, too. 

Symptoms vary depending on the underlying cause. There is no widely accepted evidence to support that material composition affects TSS risk, however studies have shown that risk may increase with heavier absorbency products. We strongly recommend that you never use the same tampon for more than 8 hours, and always use the lightest absorbency necessary.

WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE LADY DAYS TAMPONS MADE OF?

LADY DAYS only sells 100% organic cotton that’s certified by the ICEA and the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS. LADY DAYS offers compact plastic applicator, non-applicator, and cardboard applicator tampons. Compact plastic applicators are made with BPA-free plastic. Cardboard applicator is made from virgin fiber that is flushable.

 

Tampons at LADY DAYS do not contain synthetic fibers, chemical additives, fragrance, dyes, chlorine bleach, GMOs, pesticides, toxins, latex, or formaldehyde.

IS THE TAMPON PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

LADY DAYS makes sure that all tampons and pads wrappers, boxes, and bottles are recyclable. Visit our website to learn more about specify recycling info for each product.

Shipping

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

It usually takes around up to 6 business days for orders placed with the free shipping option to arrive, processing time included.

 

If you need your package sooner, we also offer 3-day expedited shipping. Please note that expedited shipping will take 3 business days to arrive once shipped, and costs an additional $18.

 

*Please note that our warehouse is not open on weekends, so, depending on the day that you place your order, expedited packages may take longer than 3 days to arrive. If you want your order processed on the same day, place it before 12 PM (GMT).

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

At the moment, we only ship to EU countries exclusively.
